The grab-and-go area feels underwhelming!!! The pool could use some heating!!! Taxi service should ideally include assistance with luggage instead of leaving guests to struggle!!! Restaurants nearby could offer more diverse choices!!!

The staff was amazing! We had a rough flight, but they were super accommodating. Our room was clean and spacious. The view of the lake from the 6th floor was a nice touch. Love the grab and go area for snacks and drinks! 😊

The pool area was refreshing and had comfortable lounges available for relaxation. Nearby dining options, such as ZacateLimon, were excellent and within walking distance.

The breakfast spread was a delightful surprise with fresh banana bread! Consider opting for the room with the lake view for a memorable experience.

The staff was accommodating when we faced issues with our flight. The room was clean and spacious enough for us to relax and regroup which was really important during that stressful time.

It wasn't cheap, but the service and comfort made it acceptable.
